Privacy Policy for TilkiMemo

This privacy policy describes how the mobile application TilkiMemo (the "App") handles personal data. The App is operated by Erkan Erat.

2. In one sentence

TilkiMemo does not collect, store or transmit any personal data to the developer or to third parties. All data stays exclusively on your device.

3. What data is processed

Everything you enter in TilkiMemo — tasks, categories, due dates, priorities, reminders and Vault entries — is stored exclusively locally on your device:

  • Tasks and categories: local device storage (AsyncStorage).
  • Vault contents: stored locally and encrypted with AES-256.
  • Vault PIN: only as a salted SHA-256 hash in the device's secure keychain (SecureStore / Keychain / Keystore). The PIN itself is never stored.

The App has no server connection whatsoever. No user accounts are created, no data is synced to the cloud, and nothing is sent to any external system.

4. Permissions

TilkiMemo only requests permissions that are strictly required for the App to function:

  • Notifications: local reminders for due tasks. No push tokens are sent to external servers.
  • Exact alarms (Android): so that reminders fire on time even when battery saver is active.

5. Analytics, tracking, advertising

TilkiMemo uses no analytics or tracking services (no Google Analytics, no Firebase Analytics, no Facebook SDK, no Crashlytics), no advertising and no IDFA advertising identifier. The App performs no profiling.

6. Children

The App is suitable for all ages (Apple 4+). Because no data is collected, no special protection for children under 16 is required.

7. Your rights

Because TilkiMemo stores no personal data on any server, there is no server-side data that could be deleted, exported or corrected. You retain full control over all content: uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored data.

8. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated when the App's features change. The current version is always available at this URL.
